When you join Moore Kingston Smith, you will become part of a team that strongly encourages individual thinking and an entrepreneurial attitude. The environment is friendly, stimulating and progressive. You are treated as a person, not a number. With 650 people across seven offices, we are large enough to provide you with exposure to a huge variety of opportunities and responsibilities, but small enough to know who everyone is.
Initially you will train as a general practitioner, not as a specialist. This enables you to gain a broad range of experience from the beginning of your training contract working on different sized clients in various businesses. We work with entrepreneurial businesses, not for profits and private clients. Within these, we support a wide range of sectors including financial services, healthcare, media, property, technology, renewable energy, charity and education. It is important we understand our clients’ business and know how to help them now and in the future. In everything we do, our promise to clients is to help them thrive in a changing world.
Moore Kingston Smith also offers a number of social activities, which is a great way for you to get to know other colleagues and vice versa. Social events at Moore Kingston Smith come in many shapes and sizes, from informal drinks on a Friday night to workshops with partners, our annual charity day and our summer ball that has previously taken place at the Tower of London.
