Wellbeing in the workplace

As a people first business, we are committed to ensuring that our people feel supported and valued. In 2018, our people chose mental health charity Mind to be our charity partner and we have been working with them since to embed a greater depth of wellbeing within our culture.

Our wellbeing framework is designed to enable our people to reach their full potential. This includes developing trained mental health first aiders in all of our offices, building a wellbeing network, taking part in the Mind wellbeing index and leading from the top when it comes to discussing all aspects of mental health and wellbeing.

We understand some of the challenges that organisations may face when starting to implement a wellbeing strategy of their own. Our goal is to use our platform and experience to extend the conversation on wellbeing and mental health outside of our organisation and beyond. We hope that by having these conversations we can empower others to bring about positive change, and can learn from our community as we continue our own journey.
