Join us and a panel of international business experts for a roundtable discussion on doing business in the UK. The forum is aimed at US fintech companies looking to access business opportunities across the pond.

Over breakfast, the panel will give practical insights into key areas of doing business in the UK. They will share their experience, as well as lessons learned from some interesting case studies. You will hear about companies that have overcome the challenges of overseas expansion and gone on to become success stories. Topics will include business structure, corporate taxes, expat employment, R&D tax credits and the GDPR.

The panel will also be happy to answer any questions, regardless of how basic or complex. So come prepared!

Darren has spent the past 15 years advising international businesses on trading overseas. He covers a wide range of industries and has helped numerous businesses invest in the UK. Darren plays an active role in the technology industry and sits in an advisory capacity on the board of several technology companies.
