Gift Aid Recovery Service Road Show
Gift Aid is an important source of income for charities, allowing donations to achieve more. It is widely accepted that charities identify Gift Aid as an essential fundraising tool. However, according to the National Audit Office, there is approximately £2.3billion in donations where Gift Aid has not been claimed. There could be a number of different reasons for this, but charities have reported that the Gift Aid recovery process is viewed as an administrative burden as they do not have the necessary information for the HMRC declaration.
We have launched a new Gift Aid recovery service with an ethical call centre provider, Katann Limited. This service, which requires minimal administration for your finance and fundraising teams, will help you to recover unclaimed Gift Aid. As part of the reclaim process, Katann will cleanse your supporter data and identify and make contact with non-Gift Aid donors.
This event will explain how the service will work from both a data cleansing and Gift Aid recovery perspective as well as providing you with the opportunity to meet with the teams who will be managing the service from start to finish. Full information can be found on our website www.kingstonsmith.co.uk/GARS.
