Global mobility strategy – session one: the science behind international strategy

Start date: February 9, 2021 14:00 – 15:00 GMT

Join Moore Kingston Smith and MyGMPD Expat academy in the first of our interactive global mobility strategy sessions, which will focus on understanding how to recognise your organisation’s current international approach.

There has been clear evidence of a shift towards more flexible forms of cross-border working across the world over the last few years. The crisis brought about an overnight transformation and accelerated these trends to extreme levels.

This has presented an opportunity for global mobility functions to help businesses formulate new strategies that respond to the changing international markets and worldwide shifts in the way we work. Global mobility is becoming an increasingly more critical component of a successful business strategy.

We will provide practical solutions to building a winning strategy whilst sharing ideas on how to implement these. We will cover areas such as making sense of organisational and functional strategy, how to evaluate the practical application of various analytical tools, and the importance of understanding how your organisation gets things done.

We will be providing pre and post session content including information on analytical tools to ensure these sessions are practically useful to you and your organisation.
