HR for Non-HR Managers – Euston Square Hotel, London

This two-day training course is suitable for anyone who manages people and wants to know more about the practices and processes of managing people within a business.  It will provide a sound level of understanding and skill across a range of common issues, allowing managers, owner/managers or those new to HR to be more confident to tackle matters and to know when to escalate issues.

The training will be led by a qualified and experienced HR Consultant, who will also be able to answer questions relating to specific “real-life” situations.  There will be opportunities to practice responding to scenarios so as to put new skills and knowledge into practice and to get feedback.

To ensure that you feel confident putting your new skills into practice, we also offer a 30 minute complimentary telephone follow-up session with one of our Consultants, to guide you on a particular process that you are working on back in the workplace.
