Impact Measurement & Reporting for Membership Organisations
Impact measurement and effective reporting is of increasing importance for any membership organisation or association seeking to deliver enhanced member benefit/value. In order to maximise the potential of your organisation’s activities and the effect they are having on your members, it is more important than ever to measure the success of your activities.
Following our successful Lunch & Learn event in July ‘Optimising Member Engagement in 7 Steps’ with MemberWise, we welcome back Richard Gott, MemberWise Founder who will provide a valuable introduction to ‘impact measurement’ for membership organisations. Richard will set the scene with SMART objectives and KPIs which many associations are yet to implement, and which can be pivotal to the success of many organisations.
Kingston Smith’s Impact Measurement Lead, Karl Leathem will delve deeper into impact measurement and what it means for your organisation. From challenges faced by umbrella organisations in claiming impact through to common pitfalls, he will provide insights into the most effective application of impact methodology between associations and their members.
In this Lunch & Learn seminar you will leave with a better understanding of the fundamentals of impact measurement and how you can start applying these methods to your organisation’s activities.
