Managing your employees remotely
Managing people can be done well, or badly. Either way, a significant impact on employees’ morale, productivity, and ultimately, value to a business.
One thing the Coronavirus pandemic has demonstrated particularly effectively is many businesses can accommodate home working, with many labelling this as ‘the new normal’. Thinking about your business’ ‘new normal’ is a great opportunity to make some real positive changes for the organisation and employees. Flexibility is often the most sought after perk and making this a permanent fixture can make a business very competitive in the recruitment market.
However, remote working and flexibility do present challenges. Our training session will provide you with practical advice and guidance on managing a remote workforce. We will cover common questions that crop up when managing remotely, such as:
- ‘How will I know if my employees are performing?’
- ‘How/what and how often should I be communicating with employees?’
- ‘How can I maintain the same relationship with my employees?’
- ‘How will I be able to recruit and onboard new employees remotely?’
