With many aspects of fundraising returning to a more normal activity level, it is important for nonprofit leaders to think about the efficiency and effectiveness they should now expect. As we emerge from emergency conditions and emergency funding, it is a good time to reflect and re-evaluate which parameters will indicate the right fundraising approaches. While a positive cashflow and high staff utilization may be good indicators, the pandemic has shown that efforts to deepen donor loyalty and to create community engagement really pay off, and these metrics are much harder to quantify.

In this webinar we will explore what measures your charity could use to maximise its fundraising effectiveness and efficiency. We will include real-life examples of how fundraisers are making decisions about their programmes, taking into account the interconnectedness of donor journeys.
