Navigating 2021 to thrive in 2022

Start date: September 23, 2021 16:00 - 17:00pm

Dealing with Coronavirus has provided many opportunities, as well as challenges to nonprofit organisations. In our experience we see that at least 50% of organisations have struggled. The other 50% have been fine, but now need to re-imagine and test that their work is fit for the future.

Of course there remain many uncertainties, such as the possibility of a fourth wave this winter, and the end of furlough and what it means for organisations and their employees.

However, there are also huge opportunities such as the rise of digital processes in the workplace and becoming more financially sustainable by setting up social enterprises, for example.

Through all of this it’s important to keep a close eye on your organisation’s strategy and reimagine yourselves in a post-Covid world.

Using practical examples our nonprofit advisory team will guide you through how other organisations are adapting their strategies and implementing change to help them evolve and thrive.
