Post Brexit economic outlook and tax review
The referendum resulted in the British people voting to leave the European Union. The process of exiting is unclear and there has been much speculation about the full impact on the UK economy as a result.
We are delighted that Darren Yates, Head of Research at Carter Jonas, has agreed to return following our pre-referendum seminar to lead discussions on the impact of the Brexit vote for the UK property sector. We will also discuss what tax changes lay ahead for the sector as well as the factors investors and developers are now considering when looking at investment and development opportunities.
Martin Muirhead will chair and Mark Fielden will provide a summary of the recent and proposed significant changes in our tax legislation that impact on UK property owners, and highlight how this will impact on investment by both property investors and developers.
