How can agencies deliver value to their clients and what are the commercial options available to them? How have other industries transitioned from selling ‘time’ to selling ‘products and services’?
Since the ground-breaking impact of the IPAs Magic and Logic paper more than 10 years ago, the issue of pricing services properly is not a new question but an increasingly urgent one.
In this evening session, Janet Markwick and Sam Jordan will present the new IPA white paper ‘The Price of Success’.
They explore the opportunities and risks to be considered when setting and agreeing pricing for agency services with clients. The authors identify six key factors in pricing agency services, all of which will help to build greater trust between agencies and their clients, and ensure that both have a better chance of success.
The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion and Q&A session led by Esther Carder, Partner, Moore Kingston Smith.
