The pandemic has created notable change in society and has accelerated various existing trends and created challenges and opportunities for almost all organisations. Equally it has created new opportunities – many of our clients have asked us how they can leverage the new world for their advantage.
This period is becoming critical for charities and nonprofits to review their strategies. For many, now is the time to decide to simply focus on survival or to re-imagine themselves as something new and ‘fit for the future’.
Our Fundraising & Management team are running a half-day training session looking at the implications for your organisation as you decide on your strategic direction and ambition. They will explore how to identify and manage the main levers that create the most impact for your stakeholders.
The team will also cover the pitfalls experienced by nonprofit organisations with weak strategies and work through some of the solutions to forging a strategic pathway to help you move forward. Lastly, they will help you to define and agree what your ‘endgame’ is, and involve the right activities, stakeholders and resources to help you achieve it.
The training session will be interactive with a mix of group work and plenary sessions. Numbers will be limited to ensure everyone is able to contribute.
