Webinar: Optimising the social value of your organisation

Start date: March 10, 2022 16:00 - 17:00

The world in which we operate has changed significantly since the start of the pandemic.

To adapt to this ever-changing environment, there are some important questions that organisations need to be asking themselves: “Are the ways that we are doing things as effective as we think they are?” and “Are we being as impactful as we can?”.

In this thought-provoking webinar our Nonprofit Advisory team will look at how organisations can use impact methodology to evolve into highly impactful organisations and better serve their communities.

They will discuss some real-life examples where organisations have used impact measurement to reflect on their services and make better decisions to optimise the social value they generate for their stakeholders.

The team will also be holding a training session on 31 March ‘How to optimise the social value of your organisation’. This half-day workshop will look at how organisations can use impact methodology to inform both their operational and strategic decisions. You can book here.
