What does a ‘Good enough’ strategy look like?

Start date: June 17, 2021 16:00 – 17:00

The Covid-19 pandemic has taught us that we can’t always predict what is around the corner. We need to be able to react to circumstances quickly and pivot our business models when necessary.

Many charities have had to reconfigure how they deliver services in the face of radically different demand, with the backdrop of a changed funding environment. Strategies that started just over a year ago may have been consigned to the dustbin, so when do you start to rewrite your strategy and when is it ‘good enough’?

In this engaging webinar our Fundraising and Management team will look at the core elements of being able to strategise ahead for your organisation. Using practical examples, they will help you to think differently about how to survive and to evolve!
