What is social investment now and what does the landscape look like?

Start date: June 15, 2021 18:00-19:00

In March, the Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School) launched a Routledge book aiming to ‘Demystifying Social Finance and Social Investment’.

Following its formal launch in March, Mark Salway (author and Managing Director, Moore Kingston Smith Fundraising and Management) and Jim Clifford OBE (editor and author of section 3, CEO and Founder of Sonnet CIC) want to continue the conversation and invite you to a further series of roundtable events leading up to Christmas. These are for people using, or interested in, social investment; investors, practitioners and those just interested in the debate.

We are delighted to start our roundtables with a conversation about what the growth of social investment and social finance looks like now. We also look at the landscape of investors and investees and take a deep dive into this.

We want the event to be a spirited conversation, which will build awareness and understanding, inform, enlighten, align, and engage. It will also demonstrate the ‘Art of the Possible’ with social investment and social finance.
