Why building resilience is critical for your charity

Start date: December 10, 2020 16:00 – 17:00 GMT

Building resilience for your organisations will be critical as we come out of the pandemic. This is a mixture of money, impact, efficiency, culture and the changing external environment. So how do you manage this?

Our guest panellist Chris Kinsella, a Chief Financial Officer, will be discussing this with our Financial Management team. He has a history of developing resilience with government organisations such as Homes England and Ofcom and with charities such as Victim Support. He will discuss some of the issues that charities must consider, including business models and strategic and cultural aspects.

We encourage a lively discussion at our webinars, so please come armed with your questions and a mince pie to our final webinar of the year.

If you would like to submit a question to our panel in advance of the webinar, please contact vgomez@mks.co.uk.
