Celebrating our people’s growth: Latest leadership promotions and appointments
Today we’re celebrating our brilliant leaders driving the firm forward as we announce our latest senior promotions and appointments.
Mandy Settle is a partner in our Redhill office, with over 20 years’ experience across audit, accounts, corporation tax compliance and advisory work. She supports individuals and owner managed businesses, with a particular focus on the manufacturing and construction sectors.
Adam Fullerton is a nonprofit partner with over 15 years’ experience. Based in the City, he supports a wide range of charitable organisations, trade associations and membership bodies, delivering advice across audit, independent examinations, accounts, tax compliance and advisory services.
Paul Springfield is a partner based in our Romford office. He has over 25 years’ experience in general practice and specialises in audit and advisory services for owner-managed businesses and international groups, as well as contributing to the firm’s nonprofit team.
In April, we welcomed Rhea Lucia-Hennis as a partner and Head of Tax Operations. In her role, Rhea leads strategic initiatives that support the growth and alignment of our diverse tax teams, further enabling them to consistently deliver our high-quality client service.
The firm’s also celebrating key promotions in its business operations team. Victoria Pounder, who’s long led the firm’s people team, has been promoted to Chief People Officer. She continues to develop our people strategy, ensuring its alignment with our purpose, values and vision.
Sophie Lord, who previously co-led the people team alongside Victoria, has been named Chief Executive Development Officer. Her focus is providing tailored support and career development for our current and future leaders, including partners and directors.
Additionally, Jennifer Pearson in General Practice, and Jared Goodrich and Jonny Blain in Digital Transformation have been promoted to director, recognising their outstanding leadership and role in driving the firm’s success.
In further leadership developments, Anjali Kothari has been named Head of Nonprofit. She takes on the role from Neil Finlayson who’s moving into a new position as our Head of Donor Funded Services.
