  • Align with organisational goals: connect L&D programs with the organisations’ goals and vision to motivate employees and drive productivity.
  • Evaluation and measurement: establish a robust evaluation and measurement process to assess the effectiveness of L&D programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create a culture of learning: foster a culture that values continuous learning and development, leading to increased productivity and revenue generation.
  • Setting goals: spend time working on your company goals and understanding exactly what output you want from your team.
  • Management information: ensure you have high quality, reliable, timely and relevant management information. This will identify barriers within process that prevent teams performing and crucially help to monitor productivity.
