Should ownership stay within the family? Is the business structured to support future growth? Could employee ownership be the right fit? Or is it time to consider a sale?

There is rarely one right answer, but there is significant value in understanding your options early. The most successful transitions are typically those that are planned well in advance, giving business owners the time and flexibility to make decisions that support both commercial ambitions and family objectives.
