Moore Kingston Smith Senior Jason Bowes shortlisted for British Accountancy Award

Moore Kingston Smith is delighted to have Senior Jason Bowes shortlisted in the British Accountancy Awards for 2019 for the ‘rising star of the year’ category, sponsored by ACCA. This award recognises outstanding talent among part qualified and newly qualified accountants and finance professionals of no more than three years’ experience post qualification. Those shortlisted will have not only excelled in their exams, but will have gone above and beyond demonstrating a positive attitude towards their development and assume a role beyond what’s expected.

Jason has been shortlisted alongside talent from Ad Valorem, Nordens, KPMG, PWC and Inspire Professional Services.

Becky Shields, Partner at Moore Kingston Smith, says: “We’re thrilled that Jason has been shortlisted for this award! He has achieved consistently high exam passes throughout his training contract as well as finishing top in his ICAEW ACA Advanced Level exams. His breadth of knowledge makes him a natural adviser, able to think about a problem from all angles, finding solutions that are suited to our clients’ individual circumstances.  He is diverse in his interests, meaning he is an engaging conversationalist, putting clients and colleagues at ease.”

The winners of the British Accountancy Awards will be decided by the judging panel and announced on 25 September 2019 at Grosvenor House on Park Lane in London.
