Kingston Smith strengthens offering with appointment of Tax Principal

Kingston Smith, the top 20 firm of chartered accountants and business advisers, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ruth Brennan as Tax Principal. Joining from BDO, Ruth has 20 years’ experience in advising a wide variety of clients across a broad range of sectors.

Ruth is highly experienced in leading the delivery of corporate tax compliance and advisory services. Her work covers all tax aspects of transactions, from due diligence to acquisition and disposal, as well as reporting and negotiation with HMRC. Tim Stovold, Head of Tax, comments: “We are delighted to welcome Ruth to the firm and are confident that clients will really value her extensive experience. Her technical skills will be an excellent asset in growing our business.”

Ruth adds: “It’s an exciting time to join Kingston Smith and I am particularly looking forward to applying my skills in a holistic way to help clients build their businesses.”
