Media Outlook survey 2024 – results

Every six months, we conduct our Media Outlook survey to gauge the expectations of senior management and owners of marketing services businesses concerning the forward-looking future financial prospects of the industry. We use this to supplement the data that we gather in our more formalised annual survey each November on the Financial Performance of Marketing Services Companies which looks back at actual results achieved.

We are delighted to be able to share the latest set of insights with you, on topics such as industry margins, pay rises, charge-out rates, client spending and how agencies are integrating AI within their organisation. To reflect the international aspect of agency income, we are delighted to incorporate comments from some members of our international network Moore Global.
