Media Outlook survey 2025

Every six months, we conduct our Media Outlook survey to understand the expectations of senior management and owners of marketing services businesses concerning the industry’s future financial and operational prospects. This survey complements the data we gather in our Annual Survey every November on the Financial Performance of Marketing Services Companies, which looks back at actual results achieved.

Our latest results offer key insights into the industry’s expectations for 2025. Despite facing numerous political and economic challenges in 2024, agencies anticipate modest improvements in 2025. Additionally, we explore topics such as pay rises, charge out rates and the use of AI within the agencies.
