Moore Kingston Smith advises Cadence Innova on its sale to Transform, part of Next15 Group Plc
Moore Kingston Smith has advised Cadence Innova Ltd, a multi-award-winning agency specialised in transforming SMEs in the public sector, on its sale to Transform Ltd, a technology and data consultancy business, part of Next15 Group Plc.

Its heritage has seen transformational programmes delivered for organisations including the Department for Education, Ministry of Justice, Toyota and Lexus, Argos, Anglian Water and E.ON amongst others.
As a subsidiary of Next15 Group Plc, Transform is supporting the group’s ambitious growth, following its own acquisition in 2022, to further expand and reinforce the group’s consultancy services.
The Moore Kingston Smith Corporate Finance team was led by Paul Winterflood, Partner and Head of Media, and Nathalie Strauss, Manager, working in conjunction with the corporate tax team led by Dave Coates and Sam Talbot.
