Moore Kingston Smith advises MSQ Partners on its acquisitions of PRECIOUS Media and Wooshii
Moore Kingston Smith has provided financial and tax due diligence to MSQ Partners on its acquisitions of PRECIOUS Media and Wooshii, by its production agency, M3 Labs.
Connected commerce agency PRECIOUS Media, established in 2007, leverages strategy and insights to join up clients’ digital eco systems and forge lasting connections between brands and their customers. It helps to drive sales internationally for Diageo, Hilton, Unilever and MARS.
Founded in 2009, Wooshii combines AI and data with a global production solution. From a central hub, Wooshii has a global network of around 16,000 vetted creators across 132 countries to deliver video production services for clients including Amazon, Thermo Fisher and Kia.
With over 1,850 people working across 24 global offices, MSQ Partners is a next-generation creative, technology and media company creating brand momentum for clients. Moore Kingston Smith’s financial due diligence team was led by Partner Mike Orton, supported by George Hatswell, Director and Matt Edwards, Manager.
