In this cross-border deal, the Moore Kingston Smith M&A tax team, led by Director Thomas Acland and supported by Senior Manager Charlotte Henriksen, provided comprehensive sell side tax advisory services to ONE Strategy Studio and its shareholders. The project involved the optimisation of the tax structure of the sale, addressing complex cross-border tax issues arising.
