Moore Kingston Smith advises Revere on sale to Marketbridge
Moore Kingston Smith has advised Revere, the multi-award-winning UK-based B2B technology marketing agency, on its sale to Marketbridge, a leading integrated growth consulting and marketing firm headquartered in the US.
Established in 2017 in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, Revere delivers marketing services for the B2B technology sector. The agency brings specialist understanding of the channel ecosystem and serves clients with complex routes to market. Revere’s team of 52 professionals works with clients including Exclusive Networks, Fujitsu, Lenovo, Microsoft, Samsung, Sitecore and Westcoast.
Marketbridge has several offices across the US and further operations in Canada. Revere marks the second European agency acquisition for Marketbridge, following April Six, a London-based advertising agency, which joined the firm earlier in 2025. The transaction was backed by RTC Partners, a private equity firm focused on building best-in-class professional services organisations through strategic investment and long-term growth.
Moore Kingston Smith provided comprehensive sell-side M&A tax advice to the business and its shareholders. This included tax due diligence support, cross-border tax structuring, advice on shareholder tax liabilities, negotiation of tax assets and liabilities, and tax review of legal documentation.
The Moore Kingston Smith team was led by David Coates, M&A Tax Partner, supported by Sam Talbot, M&A Tax Manager.
Fiona McKenzie, CEO at Revere, commented: “Throughout the process, the expertise and dedication of Moore Kingston Smith has been instrumental in achieving a positive outcome. Their clear advice, tax expertise and commerciality was crucial to ensuring a positive tax outcome on the deal. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend David, Sam and the wider Moore Kingston Smith M&A tax team to any founders going through an exit process.”
David Coates, M&A Tax Partner at Moore Kingston Smith, added: “It has been particularly rewarding to work with James and the team at Revere and secure a positive outcome for the shareholders on the transaction. Wishing Fiona McKenzie and the wider management team all the best on their future collaboration with Marketbridge and look forward to watching their future success.”
