Moore Kingston Smith appoints Ryan Davies as Head of Restructuring & Insolvency

We’re delighted to share that partner, Ryan Davies, has been appointed as the firm’s new Head of Restructuring & Insolvency.

Ryan takes on the role at a time of continued growth and evolution for the Restructuring & Insolvency (R&I) team. Working closely with a wide network of lenders, advisers and stakeholders, the team delivers pragmatic, high-quality support across a broad range of sectors.

In response to increasing demand for practical, commercially focused advice, the team has expanded its capabilities across advisory, turnaround and formal insolvency appointments.

Ryan joined Moore Kingston Smith in 2005 as a trainee and was promoted to partner in 2019. Throughout his career, he’s built a strong reputation among the professional community and developed an extensive industry network.

In this role, Ryan will focus on further strengthening the team’s service offering, with a particular emphasis on supporting lenders, driving sustainable growth and investing in the team’s continued development.
