Moore Kingston Smith Corporate Finance is delighted to announce the expansion of its team and the enhancement of its services to better support clients, private equity firms and investors as the M&A market enters an exciting new phase.
Nick Thompson has recently been appointed head of division, leading a team of 35 professionals specialising in deal advisory, transaction services and debt advisory. The team offers financial solutions across various sectors, with a focus on media, marketing, IT services, business services, manufacturing and education.
Charlie Killingbeck has been promoted to director. Charlie has broad experience across transaction service lines, including financial due diligence, IPOs, financial modelling and ESG reporting. He has a unique perspective on transactions and the associated non-financial risks, enabling him to help clients navigate complex frameworks and reporting requirements and ensure that risks are considered appropriately in transactions.
Charlie’s sector specialisms are technology, media, hospitality and food & drink, focusing on sustainability verticals within each sector.
Nathalie Strauss has been promoted to associate director. Nathalie focuses on sell-side transactions, advising business owners on their growth and exit ambitions. Having obtained experience on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, she provides valuable insight to business owners throughout the entire deal lifecycle.
Nathalie brings a wealth of knowledge to each transaction having worked across sectors, with a focus on media and marketing and experience in IT services, retail and leisure and manufacturing.
Holly Taylor and Thomas Betti-Berutto have become managers. Daniel Morawiecki, Ellis Henderson and Tillie Waddington have been promoted to assistant managers.
Following the acquisition of St Albans-based chartered accountancy firm WMT, Andrew Williamson has joined as a partner. Andrew brings a wealth of experience as a lead adviser, particularly in the hospitality sector. He works with businesses seeking funding, mergers, acquisitions or preparing for sales or buy-outs. Andrew is known for his holistic approach, balancing financial and tax considerations with the human aspects of transactions.
With Andrew, James Henderson has joined the firm as assistant manager and John Downes as supervisor.
Arron Dhesi has joined the transaction services team as an assistant manager. Internal moves have brought in Adam England as a qualified senior, and Thomas Harriss and Louis Christie as executives in deal advisory.
