Moore Kingston Smith Corporate Finance reinforces its team with a new partner and three new joiners
Moore Kingston Smith is reinforcing its corporate finance team with the addition of a new partner specialised in debt advisory services and several new experts in mergers and acquisitions, and transaction services. This demonstrates the rapid growth of the team and its ambitious plans for winning market share.
Guy Taylor joins as a corporate finance partner. He will head up our newly formed debt advisory division, specialising in debt advisory services to serve both private equity and corporate clients.
With extensive experience in raising various types of debt, including real estate, working capital, asset-based and leveraged debt across multiple industries, Guy’s expertise includes corporate and private equity acquisitions, dividend recaps, EoTs and shareholder restructurings. A Chartered Accountant (FCA) and MBA, Guy began his finance career in transaction services and M&A, transitioning into the debt advisory and leveraged lending space over 15 years ago.
Before joining Moore Kingston Smith, Guy worked in debt advisory at Alantra for 9 years, and prior to this, he was a Director in leveraged lending for both CIT and Clydesdale Banks.
Tabitha Hyde has joined as an M&A Associate Director. In this role, Tabitha will be responsible for advising clients and managing the process to successfully execute a range of transactions. Her expertise is in private company transactions and maximising value for owner-managers and management teams.
Before joining Moore Kingston Smith, Tabitha held several roles in the corporate finance teams of Menzies and BKL.
Ryan McCormack has entered Moore Kingston Smith as an M&A Manager after several years at Hawkesbury Partners, a boutique corporate and capital markets advisory firm based in Sydney, Australia. Ryan started his career as Corporate Finance Analyst at BDO Ireland in Dublin.
In his new role at Moore Kingston Smith, Ryan will be leveraging his broad range of corporate finance experience to assist clients throughout the entire deal lifecycle. These clients will range from owner-managed businesses to private equity houses and trade acquirers.
Florence Horne has joined as Transaction Services Manager. Florence started her career in audit at KPMG before joining their deal advisory team, specialising in buy-side and sell-side due diligence and vendor assists. Florence’s main focus will be providing financial due diligence to both corporate and private equity clients across a range of sectors.
In addition to these new joiners, several members of Moore Kingston Smith Corporate Finance team have been promoted reflecting the sustainable growth and career progression opportunities of the firm.
George Hatswell, an M&A specialist in the media and marketing services sector, has been promoted to Director. A few of George’s deal highlights include the sale of creative agency 23red to Capgemini, YouTube channel Blippi to Moonbug Entertainment and brand and culture agency People Made to the Positive Change Group.
Adele Hebditch has been promoted to Director specialising in transaction services. She has experience across a wide range of sectors including technology, media and manufacturing. Adele’s experience includes financial due diligence for CACI international’s acquisitions of Bitweave Limited and Cyber Duck Limited, ENVYs acquisition of visual effects studio Absolute, and the fundraising and admission of RC365 Holding Plc, fintech solutions provider to the London Stock Exchange.
Ellis Henderson and Tillie Wadington are now M&A Supervisors and Ben Garewal and Tom Harris have been promoted to Corporate Finance Executives.
