Moore Kingston Smith invests in new St Albans office to support future growth

We are delighted to have agreed a long-term lease on two floors at Jubilee Square, a landmark new development in the heart of St Albans city centre, marking a major investment in our future growth across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

By the end of 2026, the new office will become home to our 150-strong St Albans team, including our specialist hospitality and leisure practice and growing nonprofit sector centre of excellence. Located 10 minutes from St Albans station and our current Victoria Square office, the development sits among the professional services firms and banks that support the area’s business community.

The move follows the successful integration of WMT into Moore Kingston Smith and reflects the continued expansion of our presence across the South East. Designed around the way people work today, the new space will combine focused work areas with collaborative, social and client-facing environments that encourage connection, flexibility and seamless service.

A central multi-purpose space will support events, meetings and team collaboration, creating a dynamic environment for both our people and the clients we work with. The office has also been designed to bring teams together more effectively, supporting the integrated approach that underpins our advisory, accounting, outsourced solutions, tax and audit services.

The development offers a high-specification working environment with strong sustainability credentials, including EPC A, alongside modern facilities, advanced technology and amenities that support wellbeing and active commuting.
