We are delighted to be strengthening our West End hub for media and entertainment with our move to new offices at 127CXR, placing us at the heart of one of London’s most dynamic creative districts.

The move follows our recent expansion, including the addition of media teams in Orange Street and Wigmore Street, and reflects both the continued growth of our media division and our long-standing commitment to operating from a single, central West End media hub.

Currently based across Gresse Street, Orange Street and Wigmore Street, including Moore SGD Law, we will relocate our media-focused teams into 127CXR at the end of 2026, creating a unified environment that enhances collaboration and supports our expanding client base across the creative industries.

Located in the heart of London’s cultural district and close to major transport links, 127CXR provides an ideal base for our team of more than 125 entertainment accountants, lawyers and advisers. From this central location, we will continue to support clients across marketing services, film and television, theatre, talent and video games.

The 14,449 sq ft development will offer a modern, high-quality working environment designed to foster collaboration, wellbeing and innovation. The building features advanced technology, premium facilities and excellent end-of-journey amenities, supporting both day-to-day operations and flexible ways of working. In line with our sustainability strategy, the building also benefits from strong environmental credentials, including an EPC A rating and BREEAM Outstanding certification.

Matt Meadows, Managing Partner at Moore Kingston Smith, said: “This investment strengthens our position at the heart of London’s creative and business community, bringing our media specialist teams together in a location that reflects both who we are and where we’re heading. As we continue to grow, it’s important that our workspace evolves with us, supporting our people, our culture and our ability to deliver an outstanding service to our clients.”

Esther Carder, Head of Media at Moore Kingston Smith, commented: “Our media team’s always been strongest when operating together from a single West End base, close to the clients and industries we serve every day. Recent growth, including the addition of teams in Orange Street and Wigmore Street, has meant we’ve temporarily operated across multiple locations.

“This move brings us back together in one space, which is critical to how we collaborate, share expertise and deliver for our clients. It also reflects the scale we’ve now reached, and our ambition to continue building the leading advisory team to the media and entertainment sector.”

Simon Booth, Director of Property & Facilities at Moore Kingston Smith, added: “This move not only enhances the working environment for our teams, but also supports our long-term operational and sustainability objectives. By relocating to a highly efficient building, we are making a meaningful step towards our SBTi carbon reduction targets, while creating a more focused and effective West End footprint.”
