Moore Kingston Smith named ‘Corporate Finance Advisory Firm of the Year in England – 2022’
Moore Kingston Smith has been named Corporate Finance Advisory Firm of the Year in England – 2022 at this year’s Corporate INTL Global Awards.
Corporate INTL’s annual awards mark excellence for the world’s leading advisers and financiers around the globe, commemorating those who have been successful over the past 12 months and who have shown excellence not only in expertise but in service.
The Moore Kingston Smith Corporate Finance team is delighted with this accolade which demonstrates the degree of expertise the firm offers clients across all levels of Corporate Finance, including advising owners selling or seeking finance options for their business and connecting them with a vast global network of buyers, investors and financial institutions.
The past year has seen the Corporate Finance team complete a number of high profile deals, including advising on the sale of Inskin Media, a specialist in multi-device, high-impact digital brand advertising, to fast-growing, pan-European digital entertainment and media platform Azerion. The team also led in the complex sale of Lucid, comprising Lucid Agency and Trustee Services, Fluyd and Lucid Issuer Services, to Duff & Phelps.
