Moore Kingston Smith named in Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers 2026

Now in our fourth year in the ranking, we’re pleased to be included in the Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers 2026, recognising our continued commitment to high-quality apprenticeships, future talent and professional development. 

This year, Moore Kingston Smith ranked 42nd, maintaining last year’s position. The annual ranking, compiled by High Fliers Research for The Sunday Times, recognises employers demonstrating a strong commitment to apprenticeships, including through new opportunities, diverse talent pipelines and high completion rates. 

Our continued place in the Top 100 is meaningful in a highly competitive market. Professional services firms make up a fifth of this year’s list, showing the strength of commitment across the sector and the importance of creating routes where people can learn, contribute and grow. 

The ranking’s informed by data and evidence, making our position a reflection of the firm’s training culture, that’s shaped by our people who take time to understand, support and develop others. 

Last year the firm welcomed 130 new apprentices across areas including audit, accounting, tax, outsourcing and advisory. They’re central to this recognition, bringing ambition, energy and fresh perspectives to their teams while developing the skills, judgement and confidence needed for a career in professional services.

The Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers ranking is also a highly visible guide for school, college and university students, as well as teachers, tutors and parents, helping them identify employers offering strong career routes.
