We’re delighted to announce that three highly respected firms, CBW Recovery, CMIS Independent Financial Advisors Limited and Augustine Financial Planning, have officially joined Moore Kingston Smith, bringing their specialised talent and expertise to our growing firm. This marks an exciting step forward in our commitment to delivering comprehensive, client-focused solutions across the UK.

The firms are now part of the Moore Kingston Smith brand and will trade under our name, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and with shared values and quality standards across all our services.

Expanding our Restructuring & Insolvency services

We’re pleased to welcome CBW Recovery, a London-based partnership of insolvency practitioners. Led by Joseph Colley, their team of 13 professionals enhance our ability to support clients through complex restructuring and insolvency challenges. Their strong reputation in the non-profit sector further enhances our existing offering in that sphere.

Strengthening our Financial Planning capabilities

We have also welcomed two financial planning firms:

CMIS Independent Financial Advisors Limited, established in 1988 by David Boone and Stephen Dean, joins us with their experienced operational team of three, adding depth to our tailored financial planning services for individuals, trustees and businesses.

Founded by Richard Read, Augustine Financial Planning brings a team of four trusted financial advisers and four operations professionals. With over 40 years of expertise in wealth management and tax planning, they introduce family office services to our firm, an exciting new area we will expand together. This complements the breadth of expertise both here and across the Moore Global network, enhancing our ability to deliver comprehensive financial planning.
