Moore Kingston Smith welcomes new Audit Partner

Moore Kingston Smith is pleased to announce the appointment of Mital Shah as a Partner in the firm’s growing audit team, effective 31 January 2022.

Mital brings over 20 years’ expertise in various sectors such as financial services (Venture Capital Trusts), hospitality, technology, and property, further strengthening the firm’s expanding team. Based between Moore Kingston Smith’s Heathrow and City offices, Mital’s focus will be on corporate audits, working closely with AIM and fully listed companies and groups, as well as owner-managed SMEs.

With extensive knowledge of international and complex group audits, Mital has expertise in auditing of level three investments and regulatory reporting – PIEs and AIM. He has been involved in due diligence investigations for clients in relation to acquisitions and IPOs. An ACA qualified auditor, Mital is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
