Overhaul of interface
The new design introduces a cleaner, more modern aesthetic with a prominent left-hand rail navigation system. This replaces the traditional sidebar and introduces a more streamlined experience.

The “My Menu” dashboard can be tailored for accountants and bookkeepers. Users can pin frequently used tools, reorder bookmarks and access key functions like journal entries and reports with fewer clicks. The “Create” button allows users to add customers and suppliers directly, streamlining workflows.
Business operating system
QuickBooks is evolving beyond accounting software into a business operating system. The integration of CRM-like features, deeper Mailchimp connectivity and expanded app functionality signals a move toward an all-in-one platform.
Automating daily tasks
The “Agent AI” is a suite of intelligent assistants designed to help users manage accounting, payments, customer relationships and projects. They are housed within the new “Business Feed”, which offers suggestions, reminders and insights based on user data.
