Adam Flight

Adam Flight is known for his positive and approachable manner. He has a passion for all things related to payroll and HR and will go above and beyond to ensure that clients understand things in the clearest and simplest way to help resolve their query. He always finds time to talk to anyone who needs him – be that a client, a member of his team or a colleague in the wider Moore Global network.

Adam’s main career background is HR, having worked within the industry for more than 20 years. He uses his knowledge and experience whenever a client or member of his team has a query that only he can assist with.

Adam is one of the twelve founding members of the Payroll Bureau Association, which was set up just weeks before the first Coronavirus lockdown happened in March 2020. It was through this group and his network that he was able to support and assist not only his clients but also others within the payroll industry during this difficult time.

Well-known and respected within the industry, Adam is often asked to speak at events and take part in roundtable discussions where his knowledge and expertise can be put to good use to educate and help others.

In his spare time, he plays golf (including being captain for his local club). He uses this to his advantage by getting involved in organised or charitable golf days that he is invited to attend and enjoys representing the firm on such occasions.
