Adam Fullerton
Adam is a partner in the firm’s award-winning nonprofit team, with over 16 years of experience across audit, independent examinations, accounts, tax compliance and advisory services. Adam gets stuck into one-off, high impact projects that enable his clients to thrive. His experience includes advising on group restructures and carrying out detailed systems and controls reviews as part of his wider statutory audit work.
With deep knowledge of the nonprofit sector, Adam works closely with charitable organisations, particularly armed forces charities, high-profile NHS and medical charities, and education charities including several notable Oxford Colleges, as well as trade associations and membership bodies. He also leads the firm’s specialist team delivering independent examinations to smaller charity clients.
Clients value Adam’s responsiveness, clear communication and practical approach to solving complex problems. His technical background supports him in delivering straightforward, solutions-focused advice that helps organisations navigate challenges they face and make informed decisions.
Adam also plays an active role in developing others within the firm, from delivering charity-specific training to audit trainees to mentoring newly qualified colleagues. He sees this as an important element in supporting their development and growth.
Adam was a prize winner in his ICAEW exams, achieving the William G Fraser prize and has obtained the ICAEW Diploma in Charity Accounting.
