He has experience delivering benefit change and scheme implementation projects, coordinating provider and stakeholder engagement, and supporting market reviews to ensure value for money and strong service outcomes. Adarsh also has expertise in providing guidance to members of the Teachers’ Pension Scheme, helping members navigate this complex area with clarity.

He holds the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) and applies this technical expertise to help employers navigate pension governance, benefit design and financial wellbeing.
