Amy Watson

Amy Watson qualified as a solicitor in 2017. She joined Moore Kingston Smith in 2014 as a paralegal and was Moore Kingston Smith’s first trainee solicitor.

Amy specialises in advising companies, in particular SMEs and owner-managed businesses, and individuals on a wide range of corporate matters. Her expertise covers share and asset sales and purchases, corporate restructurings, share buy-backs, share exchanges, shareholder agreements, articles of association and other general company law advice.
