Andrew Bloom is described by clients as results-oriented, and as combining an in-depth knowledge of the law with good commercial sense. He is a solicitor who takes a responsive and pragmatic approach to client service at all times, aiming to help clients achieve their objectives in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Andrew concentrates on giving practical advice to help find solutions to problems, allowing clients to focus on their wider business objectives.
In his position as Head of Legal Services, Andrew is able to enhance the firm’s current legal service offerings to help deliver an all-encompassing and comprehensive approach for our clients. Andrew advises on international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, restructurings and corporate rescues. He also advises on joint ventures, commercial agreements and general corporate advisory matters.
Andrew works with clients ranging from start-ups and owner-managed businesses to larger SMEs, and international public companies and institutions. He has advised a number of start-up businesses throughout their full life-cycle from initial investment to IPO or exit and sale by founders, as well as continuing advice following flotation or sale. He has particular experience advising international companies investing in the UK and advising UK companies on cross-border transactions.
Andrew was a partner in the London office of an international law firm before joining Moore Kingston Smith.
