Ben Bidnell

Ben looks after the audit and accounting requirements of fast-growing entrepreneurial businesses, which often also draw on his corporate finance experience. His expertise includes financial and commercial due diligence, both for business owners contemplating an acquisition and lenders looking at a borrowing request, debt finance and restructuring and advising on the process of floating on AIM and Plus markets.

He has big four experience and previously worked at Shipleys LLP, which merged with Moore Kingston Smith in May 2025. Ben is a fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
