Bhavna Patel is a respected and trusted key member of the outsourcing team. She supports the team leaders with reviews of more complex assignments and clients to a high technical standard and works with the business units to meet client expectations of quality and delivery.

Bhavna works with a wide variety of clients in different sectors, including corporate, charity and nonprofit. Bhavna is also involved in managing and onboarding new clients, understanding their needs and allocating the relevant resource.  Bhavna works closely with the technology team to make sure future systems, processes and controls are effective for each client’s needs. She also ensures compliance deadlines are met.
