A highly respected hospitality expert and people leader, Claire has extensive senior-level experience across some of the UK’s best-known hospitality groups, including Flat Iron, Big Table Group and Aqua Restaurant Group.

Known for her practical, people-first approach, Claire combines deep operational understanding with strong technical expertise in employment law and tronc arrangements. A Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and a qualified Menopause coach, Claire brings both credibility and real-world insight to her role and her breadth of experience. She supports hospitality businesses through complex people and compliance challenges, and provides invaluable support to clients navigating an increasingly regulated employment landscape.
