A key member of the firm’s general practice team, Dan Pallant has worked on audits of recruitment groups and businesses since he was a trainee and now manages some of the firm’s largest recruitment clients. He is well networked within the recruitment space, having worked for a niche agency that places finance roles exclusively into other recruitment businesses. Having previously worked as a recruitment consultant himself, Dan is uniquely placed to assist recruitment businesses with compliance and advisory work.

Dan understands the distinct pressures facing both contract and permanent recruitment businesses and likes to get under the bonnet to analyse clients’ systems, processes and workflows. Dan is also able to offer guidance and insight on market trends and industry best practice from his experience in industry, audit and networking events.
