David Hartles

David Hartles looks after tax issues for private individuals, their unincorporated businesses and trusts, both in the UK and offshore. Many of his clients are high net worth individuals or non-UK domiciliaries, and he has a particular interest in the entertainment media and sports sectors. David’s expertise includes compliance and planning covering income tax, capital gains tax and especially inheritance tax.

David has held senior positions at several well-known firms and previously worked at Shipleys LLP, which merged with Moore Kingston Smith in May 2025. He is a Chartered Tax Adviser.
