Dinah Regan, HR Consultant, has wide-ranging generalist HR experience gained within SMEs and large corporations in various industries, operating in the not-for-profit, commercial, and voluntary sectors.

Dinah is very client and commercially focussed and works with businesses to maximise performance whilst managing risk.  She has a strong background in managing complex employee relations cases, and can assist clients both in an advisory capacity as well as hands-on. In addition to developing and designing practical training solutions, Dinah has broad experience in managing change including mobilising new contract wins under TUPE and business restructures.  Dinah’s experience also includes working on HR process design; process mapping key HR processes as well as the design of associated documentation and toolkits.
