Donal Moon

Donal Moon is an Employment Law Adviser on Moore Kingston Smith People Advisory’s legal team and has a passion for the technical aspects of employment law. He brings his wealth of experience to the benefit of clients and consultants alike, advising on unfair dismissal, breach of contract, wages claims, TUPE, discrimination, whistleblowing and settlement agreements.

Donal also assists with all aspects of the defence work to claims made against employers to the employment tribunals. This will include drafting the defence, preparing cases for hearings, drafting witness statements, appointing counsel and negotiating settlement terms. Donal’s focus is on arriving at the right answer to legal questions and giving clients legally and commercially sound advice to enable them to achieve their goals.
